Welcome to Day 1 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through the 75 Hard Challenge by Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in the challenge. I also created a Kit for the challenge that can be found here.
The Challenge looks something like this;
