Day 2 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through the 75 Hard Challenge by Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in the challenge. I also created a Kit for the challenge that can be found here.

The Challenge looks something like this;

  • Eat Healthy, No Cheat Meals or Alcohol
  • Drink 1 Gallon of Water
  • (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
  • Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
  • Take A Progress Pic

    • Workout 1 - Gym (Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Squats, Leg Curls)
    • Workout 2 - Trail HIIT Jogging
  • Book I Am Currently Reading
