We grew up watching the old TV show, I love Lucy. One of the classics episodes is when she goes to do a commercial for Vitameatavegamin (whatever that is). Haha Goes something like this... To smell, or not to smell, that is the question.
We know, we’ve just become very unpopular. First sugar (episode 2) and gluten (episode 4), and now FRAGRANCE. We really do hope you stick around! All jokes aside, fragrance isn’t as hard of a topic as one might think. It’s in everything, and the “f” word is in all of our products. So, in a sense we all are familiar with the word and that it gives off an aroma in every product we use. In this Episode, we dive into what feels like hundreds of ingredients that make up the one word, fragrance. Not all sugar is equal! Not all sugar is bad for you! To answer the question, “friend or foe?” Some sugars are your FRIEND. But, yes, there are sugars out there that are FOE. STAY AWAY from those! In this Episode, learn some helpful tips and learn how you are NOT ALONE when it comes to sugar. Friendly Sugars: *Coconut Sugar Monkfruit Sugar *Raw Stevia *Raw Honey *Dark Robust Pure Maple Syrup Dates or Date Sugar *The sugars that the girls all like. Stabilizing your blood sugar: 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in water or not before eating a sweet can help stabilize your blood sugar.  Going on a good walk after eating a sweet can also stabilize your blood sugar, without having the nasty taste of Apple Cider Vinegar. haha A healthy gut is a health life. Don’t be fooled by the fake sugar out there, that is toxic to your body. Easy switch off of Coca Cola is, Zevia Cola. Just take the first easy step, and make a switch and eliminate soda. Remember, its just about taking the next easy step! You got this!
