Lots to unpack on this week's podcast!  Neil discovers what an Opalex Bun is and why girls love them. Saff discovers that Neil has never slept in a caravan overnight. So, we are all learning new things this week.   Neil runs down a list of things that irate him about Saff. This includes making too much noise in the kitchen and the fact she does her hair in the hallway and it disrupts his online meetings......oh diddums!  T hey cover the controversy at the Oscars. Both agreeing that violence is never the answer and the goodie bags the celebrities get are an absolute disgrace.....They were worth $140K. They also decided they would both quite like one.   Saff is walking 10,000 steps a day for an autism charity. Learn how you can "hack" the steps on your tracker. It's a HACK not a CHEAT. Okay??   It feels good to be back though, doing this podcast helps us keep on track with living a bit healthier and doing better. We've cut the drinking down and eating fresher (well, Saff is. 👋 We are back with episode 16. No excuses, we have just been a bit shit and lazy. A great sign of things to come!   Neil used the pool facilities and made a friend in the jacuzzi. He also got to know quite a bit about a gentleman in the changing room too - specifically if he grooms down below or not.  Neil shows his talent for selling just about any thing. Ironically he is the voiceover for many, many infomercials, mostly flogging home gym equipment. You will have heard him, selling hi-tech running and bike machines on the telly.
