Neil discovers what an Opalex Bun is and why girls love them. Saff discovers that Neil has never slept in a caravan overnight. So, we are all learning new things this week.  

Neil runs down a list of things that irate him about Saff. This includes making too much noise in the kitchen and the fact she does her hair in the hallway and it disrupts his online meetings......oh diddums!  T

hey cover the controversy at the Oscars. Both agreeing that violence is never the answer and the goodie bags the celebrities get are an absolute disgrace.....They were worth $140K. They also decided they would both quite like one.  

Saff is walking 10,000 steps a day for an autism charity. Learn how you can "hack" the steps on your tracker. It's a HACK not a CHEAT. Okay??  

It feels good to be back though, doing this podcast helps us keep on track with living a bit healthier and doing better. We've cut the drinking down and eating fresher (well, Saff is. Neil had a Chinese last night - busted!).
