Always interesting, entertaining, and relatable as someone in their early 30’s. I love to listen while walking my dog. Definitely give it a listen, you won’t want to stop.

I’ve been listening to 30pause for awhile now, and it’s truly been so encouraging for me. At times listing to 30pause has felt like a friend in my ear. Heather gives relatability, authenticity, and HUMOR for this level three stage of life.

Really wanted to like this podcast, listened to all except the last few episodes and just can’t anymore. Audio is horrible quality and the topics are just too random. Good luck!
