I conclude (or so I'm predicting) the end to my neighbor dilemma and I (re)introduce the 💅 Release the Particles 💅 segment to Season 2. It's a total bitch sesh, that encourage the listeners and 30 Pausers to vent, rant, and rave about it, and then 🌬 release it and let it go. We start light and, then we start to get deep, but hey- that's what the 30 Pause is; Giggles, Deep Talks, and Humble Brags. This podcast is here to make ya giggle, think, and connect with the modern day 30 something. Aging is a real B, so that’s where the concept started, but as I grew, so did the 30 Pause concept. I took many pauses and started talking about these defining moments on my Instagram stories and then eventually created the podcast. 30 Pause is about defining the life you want and deserve to live.
