I'm Nina, and I used to be sad. I've tried a lot of things to make myself happier. Writing poetry about crying on my math test. Going to therapy. Spending weeks in the woods. Playing contact sports like hockey... and quidditch. Some of these worked, and some didn't. But now, I'm happier than I've been in a long time, in spite of my increasing anxiety about the state of the world. Join me as I talk about the adjustments I made in my everyday life to get to where I am today.
