In this episode, I speak to Dominic O'Sullivan (@sully189) who, at 46 years old, received a phone call which turned out to be the first in a series of life-changing moments.  At the time Dominic, an ex-Royal Air Force PTI, was seriously overweight and not in a great place.  Fast forward to today and Dominic is a totally different guy; disciplined, athletic and living a life of balance and purpose. His choice to take a new path is so powerful and could be just what you need if you are delaying critical changes in your lifestyle.
