Sinners! It's time to talk about the self proclaimed "nice guys." News flash: they're not actually nice. They're manipulative and overall not great people. They know what to say and what to do to reel you in. I read texts from an ex from the beginning of our relationship. He said all the right things to get me to fall for him. If they call themselves a nice guy and their personality revolves around how nice they are...run. Women don't own men a single thing in exchange for being treated with respect. Enjoy!

TW//Sexual Assault and Rape
Hi Sinners. Please do not listen to this episode if the trigger warnings are sensitive for you, or use your best judgment while listening. November of 2018 I was sexually assaulted by a Sigma Nu brother. I am choosing to share this story now due to a recent contest conducted by instagram account App State Chicks. They hosted a march madness equivalent for fraternities called "Frat Madness." Sigma Nu was the winner. I'm sick and tired of seeing fraternities glorified and continuing to get away with their behavior. They need to be held accountable and victims and survivors need to be protected. Greek life is a toxic breeding ground for all kinds of heinous activities and I'm tired of pretending like everything's fine. Things need to stop being swept under the rug and frats need to face consequences and be held responsible. I'm sick of seeing survivors have to live with their trauma and be silenced while their assaulters get away with it.

Oh baby do I have an intro for y'all this week. *For legal reasons, no real names are used and the name of my former workplace will not be disclosed.* I got fired for the first time ever and a friendship came to an end. Me sharing the events which occurred are simply me sharing my feelings and processing through them. I have zero malicious intent nor ill wishes upon and towards the business or my former friend. Just simply venting and sharing my feelings. This week I cover qualities of a fake friend, what to do when you realize you have a fake friend, and how to end the friendship. I share my "garden analogy" which has helped me view my energy and relationships with others in a healthier light. Fake friends are never fun, so here's hoping this episode helps you guys identify them, and maybe even recognize some of these traits in yourself. Self awareness and self growth are massively important. Cheers Sinners.

TW // Sexual assault
In August of 2021, my best friend, Rachel Scott, was sexually assaulted by a coworker. This is her story. She has uploaded Youtube videos and the links to part one and part two will be below. When I first spoke out to spread awareness on her behalf, I was threatened with a lawsuit. This is for every survivor everywhere who has been forced into silence. This is for every survivor who was told it was their fault. For every survivor who spoke up and was met with resistance. This is for you.

Alright Sinners listen up. This week I'm giving you all the bitch boy knowledge. I break down what is a bitch boy, examples of bitch boys and how to spot them, and most importantly....how to fend them off. And I'm guessing my answer isn't what you're thinking it is. Bitch boys are mutating and multiplying like rabbits in todays world. From the brads and chads, to daddy's money, to the alpha male beta bitch boy...I cover them all. Enjoy.

Hello my sinners. Unfortunately, this week's episode is a short one due to my raging kidney infection. SO! Part one covers why you should and/or shouldn't have sex on the first date. The potential issues that may arise with 1st date sex, the joys and wonders of it, and a feminist rant for ya. Although this episode is a short one, you're still getting quality content and I encourage my ladies to take back the power. Men don't think twice about being considered easy...so why should we? Enjoy sinners and stay tuned for part two.

Oh...and I talked some big shit this week. Some BIG shit. Tune in to hear what had me so fired up this week. I also share an audio clip of my hotel parking lot breakdown after saying bye to my dad. I love you all. Enjoy some insight into my life.

This week I share my poop pants story, hotel/travel safety tips, my grievances with Nashy, and why I think New Year's resolutions are stupid. BUT if you're going to have one, I break down how to actually stick to it. This is the second to last episode I will be putting out from Raleigh. Next stop? Nashville. I love you guys, and as always, thank you for the support! *Drinking game: take a sip every time I say "Nashville," "resolution" or "resolutions are stupid."

*TRIGGER WARNING: Topics discussed include: suicide, eating disorders, depression, addiction, anxiety, toxic family members, loss and grief. I love you all, listen with caution if any of these topics are sensitive for you.*
Happy Holidays Sinners. This week covers some heavier topics. We start off with the pressure of giving/receiving gifts. We talk about common stressors during the holidays, how to cope with them, how to prevent them, all the things. Straight up not wanting to be around certain people you're pressured to be around and how to tell them no. We then switch gears into the darker reality of the holidays. Mental health effects. Triggers. How to manage these feelings. Therapy isn’t an option for everyone, so I did include several hotlines for resources. Holidays aren’t always holly and jolly and that’s ok. Let’s talk about it and stop pretending everything is perfect. I love you all. Thank you endlessly for the support.
