Happy Holidays Sinners. This week covers some heavier topics. We start off with the pressure of giving/receiving gifts. We talk about common stressors during the holidays, how to cope with them, how to prevent them, all the things. Straight up not wanting to be around certain people you're pressured to be around and how to tell them no. We then switch gears into the darker reality of the holidays. Mental health effects. Triggers. How to manage these feelings. Therapy isn’t an option for everyone, so I did include several hotlines for resources. Holidays aren’t always holly and jolly and that’s ok.
