In this Monday episode, Jordan Banks is our featured guest. He is a photographer, educator, founding editor of JRNY Magazine, and the 14th photographer to mint on Sloika! It’s been almost a year since our last Twitter Space chat, so we had a lot to catch up on. Jordan remembers taking pictures in his mind as a kid, always looking to find that perspective that was uniquely his own. So, it was only natural he’d grow into a life where photography was part of his everyday life. He was inspired by famed photojournalist, James Nachtwey, to show the world the way it really is. As a co-founding editor for JRNY Magazine, he is excited to be building a web3 ecosystem that produces a stunning, high-value publication featuring long-form journalism and creates a sustainable economic model for the creators involved.
