good morning internet from royal clarence i'm absolutely thrilled that you've been able to join me now i've just finished my ballet class and i'm really really um focused on becoming an aging margot fontaine and i i think it's really important to visualize when you have um when you're doing something you know we're a media beast now we watch a lot of video and footage so

i've started to watch the ballet and what what that does it's the same as when you i'm a cellist as you know when you watch a cellist playing afterwards you you automatically try and mimic them with your body and so that's what i'm trying to do with the ballet anyway today she my teacher trey she uh videoed or rather we did on zoom darlings we we don't we're not live it's myself and my daughter on zoom with trey which is superb that's why i'm telling you because wherever you are in the world even if you're in america for example or you know wherever probably not russia i don't think russia can find us anymore um but you'd be able to uh

connect and and do your ballet class from the comfort of your own home it's absolutely superb i'm even thinking about buying a bar now because at the moment i have this big huge chair that i have to move from side to side and it's very awkward and so i'm really getting into it and what i'm going to what i'm thinking of for the future in about a year or two and maybe a year um i'm going to launch a eco dance wear range and so i've got that on my mind and it's quite hard because a lot of dance wear uses um stretch fabric lycra etc spandex and lycra

which isn't uh particularly eco-friendly but i think i can mix it use the minimum amount that's needed for a fit because it's a bit like swimwear if you go swimming in a cotton or anything that isn't spandex um it it becomes really really heavy and you look like you're wearing a nappy actually it's just ridiculous nobody's going to do that and this is the thing with anything eco and sustainable it has to be functional otherwise nobody's going to buy into your idea um having said that i'm making this weekend my prototype bra but i'm re i'm using recycled fabrics and this is my an uh anti reflux bra and so i'm very excited about that i'm going to get out all my equipment in a minute and make a start other news i'm making my daughter a quilt for her birthday and i use a lot of t-shirts recycled t-shirts in my quilt making so i've just

purchased a job lot very very excited about that um with pictures on you see i cut out the pictures and make my quilt and the quilts have a story i'm an artist i use narratives and um i you know i wouldn't just randomly put pictures on top of a quilt and say there we go there's my quilt they have to work somehow and the narrative might be really straightforward it could be just the color narrative you know everything is on my color palette today and i'm choosing for example that's that's enough but usually i do go a bit deeper because i i like exciting narratives to be honest anyway i wanted to get back to trey because she's trey j fry on um what is it
