good morning internet welcome it's a fabulous day here the sun is peaking i can see it uh it's going to be a nice sort of pretending to be spring day you know one of those days you get in february um anyway uh wonderful uh time at the shopping yesterday and here at royal clarence things are improving on the health front which is really good means it means i don't have to go you know warble on about things i'm going to do a lot of cello today i want to get the bruckner rehearsal done because i i've been so poorly that i haven't practiced for two or three days i think and last night i felt rather good at around eight o'clock and i thought oh i'll just run through the bruckner but you know the neighbors i didn't want to sort of upset anyone so i thought the thing is when i put the headphones on i'm not sure how loud i'm playing because i can't hear myself i can feel myself in my sternum but i can't um hear it you know i can't hear the volume and i've got these um really wonderful headphones but they block everything out um so i'm going to do that today but um yeah i'm just getting a little bit nervous about the journey to hull so i probably i might have to take some sleepers tonight to help to get me off because the worry of the what-ifs you know what if i miss my connection because i think i've got to change four times or something um i have to go across london uh to uh to uh kings cross from waterloo i think it is um i can do that on the tube it's not a problem but you know it's it's quite stressful travelling and especially i think because we've been incarcerated for the past two years or something i've really become unacclimatized i'm quite good normally at uh trekking although i usually feel it afterwards my body aches and complains because it doesn't really like that whole you know what is it about traveling actually that makes you so exhausted i mean all you do is step on a train sit there step off a train etc and then you arrive so it must be the mental trauma of it mustn't it it must be i think there's always that very slight angst when you um when you start your day about there's so many things that can go wrong with traveling on british transport i mean i think that's probably the biggest worry it's that british transport especially in winter is liable to eff up royally at every stop for some reason or another there's usually a leaf that landed on the rail track and caused you know 3 000 people to be late for work

oh i'm not kidding or um you know some driver had a heart attack i shouldn't laugh about things like that but you know um a mighty had a very very minor heart attack or let's let's not do that fantasy then let's say the driver had a palpitation um because why would the driver have a palpitation can i think of something funny his wife found his call history or his web history and texts him and says i've seen your web history he has a palpitation thinks it's a heart attack and 6 000 people are late for work there we go that's better oh i'm in a roll today um so anyway i went and did a bit of shopping yesterday i bought some jeans i bought some jasper conran jeans um which are absolutely superb i mean just gorgeous really gorgeous bit of stretch look at uh buying some more because they're so lovely and uh and then i bought some lands end jeans uh which are that kind of baggy look yeah that kind of baggy 80s look i'm kind of gonna run with that i think for the moment it really works well with recycling doesn't it because there's a lot of that style in in the thrift stores you see so um yeah i think i'll get a few pairs the only thing that is a problem with jeans is storing them because they're so big they're sort of thick and they take up so much wardrobe space so i've designated an area a shelving area for all my jeans um and i'm getting quite a lovely connection i've got some vivian westwards um and obviously my jasper coron which i'm very pleased with really and but i also bought a silver jumper...
