Would be a decent podcast but it’s basically just a podcast to promote the courses of every real estate guru out there. Nothing more. Disappointing.

I listened to one of your episodes and found it very interesting. I completely agree with Bob Lachance that hiring Virtual Assistants is an excellent way to scale up a business because we can't do everything ourselves. I myself delegate those high-value activities that hinder me from focusing on what's most important – my business. Similarly, we can assist others, such as housewives who are caring for their children or students who want to work and study at the same time. Thank you for bringing in such an interesting topic and a motivational guest.

Pretty good podcast after I fastforward all the ads. Podcasts weren’t meant to have ads or it’d be called radio. But Mitch obviously knows his real estate and has good guests.

Mitch really knows the real estate and finance business. He will really exceed your expectations with his simple and straight forward way to build true residual wealth! He’s an entrepreneur with a loving soul and truly cares about helping people!

After listening to several podcasts where the host constantly interrupts the experts he has on, I have unsubscribed. The host interrupts experts who I wanted to hear from to tell his personal story. For example, the accountant - I wanted to hear from the CPA on tax strategies. However we just heard all about the host and very little from the CPA. Frustrating! Why have experts on if you are not going to let them speak?!?

Mitch has a unique way of keeping things simple which is what makes him great teacher. If your interested in building long term wealth with real estate, you must follow his podcast. His laid back yet entertaining and educating style leaves me always wanting more. His podcasts provide excellent, relevant material that can be applied in the real world from the time you hear them, and which are of immense value to my real estate investing career. Mitch is keen on sharing his knowledge with other investors and in sincerely having a positive impact on other people's lives (the Golden Rule of living), and it shows in the content he provides and the time he invests in his programs. I couldn't recommend a real estate investing podcast more highly!
