When she graduated college, Jordan landed a job in sports marketing for her university.  She enjoyed her job, but the hours and pay, not much, and even though she was successful, still had to work a second job to pay bills.  When she was out with a client for a contract renewal proposal, they told her they did not want to see it.  This devastated her, but only for a moment as they immediately offered her a job making more than twice her current salary.  That client was the Waffle House, where Jordan has been for the past 11 years, and has loved every minute of it.  She is a Waffle House fanatic, and would to you forever about it if she were able to.  She truly loves her job, and loves to watch the Waffle House family.  I will go ahead and apologize if you get hungry during the episode, but do not worry, as I am sure you are within a 10-15 minute drive to your closest Waffle House. Robert purchased Fia Rua in March 2020, right as the pandemic was taking hold. With the help of his wife, they managed to keep it going. His main priorities were taking care of his employees and keeping everyone safe. This is was not Robert's first challenge in life. He had to overcome many obstacles while in the military and a few of the alphabet organizations. During those 28 years serving his country he earned 2 Bachelor's and a Master's degree.
