This is a series of 66 mini podcasts - to support you through a 66 day alcohol free challenge.

The challenge lasts for 66 days because thats how long it takes to change a habit.  

We have published an e-book called "66 days to sobriety" (available on our website https://www.tribesober.com) - this book contains 66 pages of tips, tools and motivation so I will read a page a day for these mini podcasts.

I will also update you on the healing taking place in your body and mind as you progress through the 66 days.

 

 
Get outside !

Many of us work from home, or move from air-conditioned office to the car and back again - or if we do manage to exercise we find ourselves at the gym on the treadmill looking at a lovely view through a sheet of glass!


I believe there is a direct correlation between spending too much time indoors and drinking.  Surrounded by concrete, computer screens and artificial lighting is draining.


Whatever the season it's so important to just get outside and go for a walk or a run - every day.


In addition to the massive health benefits spending time in nature will give you a mental boost.


Rely on exercise to make you feel good rather than alcohol.
