I will be completing my undergraduate degree soon and am between applying to become a MSW or a mental health nurse. I love mental health and this podcast is very informative from people in the field making a difference already. I’m really feeling this podcast .... I struggle each day with being in this field and going into another field because the pay is extremely low. I don’t want to be in a field where I’m pouring into my clients and the field is not pouring into me financially. I like the field but the pay got me twisted causing me to feel as if I chose the wrong field literally due to the money.
