Today it's story time! I recently came to a couple realizations! &nbsp;One was “I can do all the things” and the second was “It feels really good to run my own race at my own pace.” In other words, I realized that I am in exactly the place that I need to be and I get to choose what I do next! &nbsp;Now coming to the realizations is one thing. Ep 18: Clean up your "Should"

I have created these 5 Minutes of Awesome episodes with the intention of supporting you in creating empowerment, getting out of your own way and taking action.
