- What are the things that have worked really well for you? NO MATTER what anyone else has said.
- What is not working well for you?
- What have you learned from the ways that are not working for you?
- What would you like to try and see if it works well for you?
- How can you implement and take action in the way that works best for you?
- Check in with your energy, what would feel best to get done first, even if it’s not the most important thing. Maybe it would feel good to do some simple things first, and gather some momentum and motivation for the bigger more important things on your list! Or make it random and fun!
