Katherine Scarim founded Island Bridge Realty, a boutique brokerage in Jupiter, Florida, in 2014. Katherine's passion (obsession) is mentoring/training/coaching and supporting agents. In an effort to help agents outside her firm, she authored two books: Before You Are Licensed: 13 Actions to Jump Start Your Real Estate Career and Dear Real Estate Agent, There Are Answers: Six Industry Professionals Share Their Knowledge. Readers reached out and soon Katherine was coaching agents across the country. AGENT STRONG Real Estate Coaching was launched in response. Katherine's unique training/coaching hybrid programs are based on the understanding that those weak at prospecting tend to shy away from coaching and those weak at contracts and risk reduction avoid training. Katherine hopes nothing more than to leave our real estate industry a little better than she found it. She will continue helping one agent at a time.
