Change can happen very quickly and transitions usually occurs more slowly.People are often quite uncomfortable with change, for all sorts of understandable reasons. This can lead them to resist it and oppose it.Everyone goes through their own stage of change at their own pace. We want to encourage people to have an open voice, to listen and communicate with respect.
