- 照明(zhàomíng): illuminate
- 能源紧张(néngyuán jǐnzhāng): energy shortage
- 战争(zhànzhēng): war
- 增加/减少(zēngjiā /jiǎnshǎo):increase/decrease, reduce
- 户外活动(hùwài huódòng): outdoor activity
- 生物钟(shēngwùzhōng): biological clock
- 在一定程度上(zài yīdìng chéngdù shàng): to a certain extent
- 对...有影响(duì... yǒuyǐngxiǎn): have an impact on ...
- 取消(qǔxiāo): cancel
- 必要(bìyào): necessary
- 过时(guòshí): outdated, obsolete
