- Ask yourself. In what area am I not moving forward? Especially in those areas you know what you need to do in order to move forward and succeed.
- What are the consequences of you NOT doing those things? And then the consequences of that. Go down several levels.
- Create the habit of spending 5 to 30 minutes a day in the theatre of your mind living your life at the next level.
