ACTION ITEMS:
- What are your MUSTS? Take a few minutes and write down those things are true musts for you. Things that you do automatically, wo getting distracted or sidetracked?
- This will allow you to see that you do have things that you have made a must.
- What makes each one a must for you? What do you believe about that habit?
- What is the one big thing you need to make a must? That if you did, it would impact you the most, sending ripples through the other areas of your life? Is that your fitness level? Your time with your family?
- Using the answers to the above questions, create a high level of commitment to Doing that thing. What do you need to believe about it? Plan for when it gets hard. Create a plan that starts with small doable efforts that you can grow into the desired habit that will consistently produce the results you want.
