The Steady As She Goes:Live at The Bearded Lady, West End, 26 October 2019The Steady As She Goes is the solo project of Brisbane musician and occasional music journalist Tal Wallace. After the dissolution of his band The Smokestack Orchestra, Wallace began making music on his own as The Steady As She Goes in 2012 with a series of drum machines, guitar effects pedals and his own unmistakably deep voice.A highly prolific artist, Wallace has released a long string of EPs and albums, the latest full-length being 2019's "Symmetry". He was also previously featured on Live Delay in episode 146 back in 2015, a performance at The Triffid that was later released as the live album "Blind Cave Things".Recorded by Jack BrockMixed by Tyrell ShorttEdith Thomas Furey:Live at The Bearded Lady, West End, 26 October 2019Edith Thomas Furey began life as a three-piece band but since 2014 has just been the solo endeavour of Joel Glazebrook, formerly of Exit Ghost.
