Xylouris White:Xylouris White is the brainchild of Greek singer and Lute guitar player George Xylouris and Australian drummer Jim White, who is best known for his work in Dirty Three. Often described as a fusion of free-jazz, avant rock and age-old folk tradition, this masterful 2 piece has gained worldwide recognition, playing in venues across the globe. The pair have released two albums, ‘Goat’, their 2014 debut, which topped the Billboard charts, and more recently, ‘Black Peak’ in late 2016. However, this innovative and quintessential band can not be squeezed into merely what they produce on record, as their live show is what really captures the heart and soul of their music.
