Learn the History
Off the bat, these podcasters need to explore history further if they plan to speak, at any depth, relating to the topic. Structual issues remain unaddressed today, for example, as no woman has equal rights under law in the USA. Women, around the globe and nearly lastly in America, were not able to keep money they earned until late in the 1950s. Even if not married with a dead father, it had to be given to a brother or other male relative. The 1980s are completely overlooked and did the most to simultaneously advance and repress feminism. While domestic violence finally became a legal defense, freeing thousands of women from their abusers without incarceration for self-defense, the youth of America were fed the ERA myth, that title IX meant the ERA was working. At the same time, legislators were continuing to build in hurdles to the amendment's passage that explain why, even in 2022, the pay gap widens while body autonomy disappears and the amendment docs continue to collect dust waiting to be rubber stamped as it was ratified several years ago. Know your subject matter. It matters.

Will the podcasters kindly list their emails
I appreciate the conversation on the topic of 4th wave Feminism, if not the particular perspective of the podcasters. I was hoping I could find the podcasters email addresses, particularly Jason’s, as I wanted to have a conversation with, (and share my disagreement) about his voiced perspective on the Aziz Ansari discussion. I like being able to (politely) respond to provocative discussions and share my unique perspective.

Be aware of your own biases
Stating facts like a question. Making fun of the grievances and arguments of your opponents with no facts or statistics. BTW: When men mention all their issues, including "disposability", and your interpretation is that they want equality by ensuring as many women die as men from war, suicide, and working dangerous jobs. Basically all straw man arguments and dismissing men and making sure they are not listened to. How is this helpful? How does this bring about gender equality?

Horrible sound quality
The merits of the content aside, I could not stand to listen to the podcast because the quality of the audio was so bad. So what they were actually talking about is irrelevant.

I don't think they get it.
I'm not trying to be mean, but after listening to the post-election podcast, it's clear they can't even begin to know the conservative mind. They think people voted for Trump because of the economy or only one issue. And just like every lib, the word racism comes out very early. Everything is said through this filter of "this is why people didn't understand they were supposed to vote for Hillary." They need to have an actual conservative come on episodes like this. A back and forth with an actual person instead of assuming they know the mind of someone on the other side because it's kind of laughable otherwise. It will be a great day when libs stop trotting out the misogyny and race cards. When I hear that all the time, it makes me feel like they don't have any substantive arguments to offer. They reduce themselves to name-calling bullies. Something the profess to hate.
