We've focussed on high level singles play as our benchmark and made an active effort to split up armies into different tiers (e.g. A & B tier could be in the A tier together, but we've split them up and moved our B tier armies into C tier) representing their relative power to each other rather than a particular WR% band or any other statistical metric.
