This podcast does an awesome job breaking down relationships in coaching at all levels. The interviews give a clear perspective on what life as a coach is like. Adam is passionate about basketball and does a great job bringing the best out of each guest.

I highly recommend this Podcast. For many, even devoted college basketball fans, what we know about a head coach is limited to what we might remember from their playing days, on-court antics, sound-bites from a sideline interview or, worse, post-game interviews where they’d rather be celebrating with (or consoling) their team. Adam’s interviews offer unfettered access to head coaches whose names we recognize and those we may not, from a rising star in the MEAC to Final Four veterans. More than anywhere else, through these longform interviews, we learn much about the character of each coach and how their varied pasts shaped them into leaders they are today. Great work! I look forward to each new Podcast.

I’ve been a fan of Coach Huggins since his days coaching Nick Van Exel at Cincy. This is great I never knew those things about him till tuning into this podcast. Looking forward for many more to come. Keep up the great work!
