This is a wonderful podcast, however the first ~20 minutes of each show is just personal banter. Really not necessary and goes on far too long, I’d rather hear more about Prolife issues & updates than whether you prefer hot dogs or brisket for your gatherings

Very informative, encouraging, and honest. The episode where they interviewed a rape victim who chose life was so incredibly inspiring! I love her courage, honesty, bravery, and her willingness to share her story to encourage other women who may find themselves in a similar situation.

40 Days for Life is not only ProLife without exception, but also pro-woman and very patriotic! This podcast keeps the general public updated about crucial issues.

I have learned so much on this show about what happens in the world in regards to pro life issues and how to love unborn babies more by being encouraged to pray, fast and vigil.

I listen every week. I learn so much but even enjoy the banter…because they are funny and it makes our 40 Days for Life leaders just seem like regular friends. But the Prolife information I have received has been so beneficial in defending the right and dignity of human life. And they don’t just “preach”. They walk the walk, and talk the talk. I always listen. And so many times I’ve heard the stupid arguments from real people that I’ve heard on the podcast and this has allowed me to challenge these points. Thank you guys!!!!

This podcast provides us hope that we can overcome the evil of abortion in our communities. Passionate, pro-life people start out with banter, yes, but always get to the heart of the matter. It shows us ways that we can lovingly and confidently refute pro-choice arguments.

I’m preparing for my first campaign this fall and I find this podcast to be very encouraging. I’m excited to get directly involved where I live.

Ignore the troll who is intentionally misrepresenting what’s being said on this podcast. Nobody said there was no such thing as a high risk pregnancy or complication that could jeopardize the mother’s life. The person (who is a doctor) simply made the point that abortion is not the proper or necessary treatment in those circumstances, which is 100% correct. And I find it funny that you concede the term “mother” when you think it helps your position. If it’s not a “baby” then how is she a “mother”? At least be consistent with your disingenuous arguments.

Solid information and entertaining

As a new participant in 40 days of life, I use this podcast to become revitalized every week. When I hear on the media is pro abortion talk, it’s so refreshing to hear pro-life discussion, facts, encouragement. You’ve got yourself a new constant listener!

This podcast not only delivers the truth and keeps listeners current on pro-life topics but they also manage to inject some humor which is nice when discussing such a heavy topic as abortion.

I love the sense of humor that is woven in to the podcast. Abortion is such a heavy topic and it’s easy to lose hope and perspective especially if you serve in the pro life movement . Steve and Shawn are a great team! Keep it up.

I’ve listened to two episodes and the patronizing insulting attitude of the hosts towards women is disturbing. They said women “convince themselves” they want an abortion, I call that making a decision. They said there is no way a pregnancy can be life threatening, which is obviously untrue. They said the concerns about rape, incense and life of the mother are “distractions”. 66% of women who have abortions are already mothers concerned about the fate of their families and living children. These people have no real solutions or even concern for women, their problems and reasons they choose abortion.

Shawn Carney and his team at 40 Days for Life are awesome. Love listening to this podcast to and from work.

As parents of 2 beautiful adopted children (who we know are a true gift from GOD!) I love to listen to your podcasts and learn how to be empathetic to those in a crisis pregnancy. I think often of the great sacrifice our birth mothers made and wondered how they must have felt during their pregnancies— wondering what they would/should do in their tough situation. I was really touched by the way you Shawn treated Abby Johnson when she was still on the WRONG SIDE of LIFE working at Planned Parenthood. Please speak to us just going through life how to stand up for LIFE in everyday conversations when LIFE is attacked even in subtle ways. Many of us don’t live in a community with an abortion clinic, but LIFE Is still on trial everyday when the conversation at work is “time to snip-snip” after someone has their second child! Thank you for your example of how LIFE IS GOOD! Keep up the great work!

My first volunteer job at Planned Parenthood had nothing to do with abortion. I was supporting the local group that Planned Parenthood runs called Teen Success, where teen parents were given scholarships and support and FINANCIAL SUPPORT every week to help raise their babies. We had a celebration at the end of the year for them.

Informative and helpful in sharing the truth of human life and its undeniable dignity. Notice that all the negative reviews are only pushing their pro abortion agenda as seen in their faulty logic, hateful rhetoric, and use of certain words that deny that the baby in the womb is an actual person. Take a listen for yourself to the podcast and open your mind and heart to the truth of the preciousness of life from the moment of conception. Once you start, you’ll see that the pro life stance is actually the one supported by science and logic, not the pro abortion position. Furthermore, Apple should do a better job in eliminating reviews that are not actually reviewing the podcast, but just pushing their own erroneous views. listen to the podcast and decide for yourself.

It’s encouraging to hear about what prolife events are occurring around the world. I appreciate them exposing Planned Parenthood, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and other groups that promote abortion around the country and world.

Such an informative podcast and it comes from so many view points. I usually end up listening to a podcast more than once and from many I have taken notes. Arm yourself with facts from this podcast.

I like hearing from Sue Thayer and Dr Haywood who used to work inside the abortion industry. They give the inside scoop of what really goes on inside the baby killing mortuary. Keep up the great work for mothers/families and their babies 👶🏼💙💜

Ten biblical episodes and prophecies provide an unequivocal expression of God's attitude toward human life, especially the ontological status of "unborn children" and their pregnant mothers-to-be. Brief summaries: • A pregnant woman who is injured and aborts the fetus warrants financial compensation only (to her husband), suggesting that the fetus is property, not a person (Exodus 21:22-25). • The gruesome priestly purity test to which a wife accused of adultery must submit will cause her to abort the fetus if she is guilty, indicating that the fetus does not possess a right to life (Numbers 5:11-31). • God enumerated his punishments for disobedience, including "cursed shall be the fruit of your womb" and "you will eat the fruit of your womb," directly contradicting sanctity-of-life claims (Deuteronomy 28:18,53). • Elisha's prophecy for soon-to-be King Hazael said he would attack the Israelites, burn their cities, crush the heads of their babies and rip open their pregnant women (2 Kings 8:12). • King Menahem of Israel destroyed Tiphsah (also called Tappuah) and the surrounding towns, killing all residents and ripping open pregnant women with the sword (2 Kings 15:16). • Isaiah prophesied doom for Babylon, including the murder of unborn children: "They will have no pity on the fruit of the womb" (Isaiah 13:18). • For worshiping idols, God declared that not one of his people would live, not a man, woman or child (not even babies in arms), again confuting assertions about the sanctity of life (Jeremiah 44:7-8). • God will punish the Israelites by destroying their unborn children, who will die at birth, or perish in the womb, or never even be conceived (Hosea 9:10-16). • For rebelling against God, Samaria's people will be killed, their babies will be dashed to death against the ground, and their pregnant women will be ripped open with a sword (Hosea 13:16). • Jesus did not express any special concern for unborn children during the anticipated end times: "Woe to pregnant women and those who are nursing" (Matthew 24:19).
