I know routines aren’t for everyone but what I do know is that cultivating healthy habits can do you no harm. Now why I love to talk about an evening routine is because honestly the way that I see it, without a great night routine, your morning routine can basically be thrown off. For example if you get off your technology too late in the evening or simply go to bed an hour or two later than you normally do. It’s insane how much the older you get these what seem as insignificant things are very obviously painful in the morning.
