Host, TayJordan is joined with Founder, Shaina Wiel. She is the Founder of Minority in Sports, which is an organization that serves as a digital networking hub for minorities that are already in the sports business or those aspiring to become sports business professionals. Minority in Sports has over 800 members and 2 active college chapters. In this episode Shaina gives some insight on what's been her experience as a Black woman in the sports business. As a former employee of the Brooklyn Nets, ESPN and with over a decade of experience, Shaina has a dope  perspective to share.
