Throughout the months of August & September, I was really going through it. So I recorded this mini documentary of me talking to me,  trying to get myself through. I was super scared to post this episode because its personal and vulnerable but I feel like me sharing my process can kinda help someone else in  theirs . And hopefully me opening about my self-love journey will encourage people to continue with theirs or even start theirs. I really hope this resonates with someone.
