With the fall of one of the Lullaby Drones, the Tech tons within the floating head of Neco Tech begin to react to the loss and resisters on Earth.

The Heroes run into the effects of  the extraterrestrial anomaly. Finding that there are events unfolding out of their control that they must resist.
