When you’re trying to accomplish a goal, it’s very easy to want to go all in and overextend yourself. Today, I make the case for establishing a habit of slower consistency instead of trying to go from 0 to 100 on Day 1. I talk about when I first started running. This is a perfect example of developing a habit of action before increasing your efforts.
