A thought occurred to me while watching the Battle of I-75 on Wednesday night. As I was watching Toledo dominate the game yet again (12-2 in last 14), I realized that continuity within their program could explain why the rivalry has been lopsided. Bowling Green has started over 3 times at the Head Coach position since 2013, while Toledo has continued to hire from within the program when their Head Coach moves on.
