3E stands for Evolving, Evaluating and Embracing. For me life is about evolving, and by doing so we must learn to evaluate ourselves through learning experiences. Once we do so, we can learn to embrace our most authentic self.Life experiences teach us different sides to who we are and instead of being labeled into one category we should be breaking free of those self limiting thoughts as we are many in one. This podcast is intended to allow parts of us to shine that we may be hiding because of what is expected of us. There are a lot of possibilities so why not?
