Great for a beginner like myself. I have learned so much listening to all these episodes. Nice format that each is a short, focused topic. Makes finding them again easy.

I just got a 3D printer and found your podcast, I’ve been listening from the beginning. Lots of great information.

I haven’t even purchased my first 3D printer and am literally just getting going in the hobby. This podcast has been instrumental in helping me learn what to do, what to look for, how to learn, and what to expect in the hobby. As someone who does immense amounts of research prior to spending big money, I’m thankful to have come across this particular podcast.

I think the content here is very good. It is clear, concise, and to the point. The host is well spoken, reads well, and writes well. I truly look forward to listening to all the episodes. My issue is the ads. I am in full support of a content creator using ads for revenue, and I faithfully listen to them. However, in a twelve minute episode, four ads is just too much. Two at the beginning. One that breaks in suddenly in the middle. And the last one cut off the last two syllables of the outro, and when the ad was over, I heard the narrator speak the syllables. That’s just lazy editing. So please. If you really want people to subscribe in order to get rid of the ads, don’t make it seem like you are deliberately making the ads annoying to achieve your goal.

Hey I just started 3D printing and I found this podcast. I know I’m about a year and a half behind at this point but I heard you mention struggling to learn F360. I’ve been using case programs for a while now (I consider my self a half decent manual machinist) I now use F360 and inventor to make drawings for my techs to follow to make the parts. The best practice I found to get good at 3D modeling is to grab a random part, start with ones with simple combination of shapes, and a set of calipers and try and make it on the cad software. Do that with a few parts of increasing difficulty and you’ll be designing your own parts in no time!

I got a 3d printer a couple months ago and I only listened to 4 episodes and it helped me so much thank you keep going making episodes 😀

Ordering a printer in weeks, and am only about a week into Fusion 360. Absolute noob, but I have 3D experience in broadcast and video. These are chunked nicely, and I’m almost caught up, which is a shame because I don’t see too many left. I’ve learned a lot just listening, and I know it will be helpful soon. Love this podcast! I don’t actually have a 3D printer yet but hopefully if I can save up I’ll know a bunch by then. This podcast has kept me motivated and involved in 3d printing without actually having a printer!

I’m just looking to get started with 3D printing to add to my laser business. This has really helped me to get some beginners knowledge of where to start and what I do and don’t need! Things are explained in basic enough terms that I can understand the topic even though I haven’t used a 3D printer yet! Thanks for all that you do!
