I appreciate you for going this- making meditation easier for me to incorporate through out my day!

The voice was nice and soothing but the background sounds were so loud I could hardly hear the reading. There were loud waves washing up and rather loud piano music which was very distracting and made it hard to understand and hear the scripture.

So thankful I came across this, thank you Dr. Toyosi for sharing this. You are truly a blessing!! ❤️❤️❤️
