When we're unhappy with what we see in the mirror or the energy we are fronting up to every day with - a diet is the only logical answer. Right?
Normally we're overworked and undernourished. So let's go ahead and cut out anything we enjoy. Saturday brunch, gone. Friday happy hour, gone. Taco Tuesday, gone. You get the gist.
We target the things that we enjoy first, because naturally, we think they're the things doing the damage.
Today we want to reframe that. We have an honest talk about dieting, we've all been there more than once, to bring some perspective when things seem like you have one road out.
