Here are the 8 habits we recommend: 

  1. Replace 1 meal with a less processed one
  2. Add a side salad to your lunch
  3. Try 1 new healthy recipe per week
  4. Sit at the table for most meals
  5. Have a serve of protein with each meal
  6. Have protein and a portion of fruit or veg at most meals
  7. Eliminate snacking
  8. Eat slowly with no distractions, all meals at a table, try for organic and eat in a stress-free environment
