Make Gratitude A Daily Practice
If we are content every second of the day its because are are filled with gratitude and carrying the right vibration to attract our desires.
Spend every morning and evening this week going through the below process to create the habit of daily gratitude. When life is busy and chaotic, we can forget to live in the moment, take a deep breath and be grateful for the little things.
Listen to todays lesson and complete the practise.
- Write down 5 things you are grateful for
- Why are you grateful for these things?
- Close your eyes and listen to the gratitude guided mediation or mediate yourself. (Use the 5, 5 ,5 breath work.)
- Say the gratitude mantras provided or make your own up. (Use the same framework as the "creating your affirmations" lesson.
