Today your challenge is going to be at the beginning of the day as soon as you open your eyes think of three things you can see that
you are grateful for. Then at the end of the day before you fall asleep list three things that you experienced that you feel gratitude for.Other ideas:
- At the dinner table all go around and say what your favourite thing was about your day was and why
- Think of three people you are grateful for
- List three items you are grateful for
