Great Varied Perspectives
Love the variety of guests and the differences in perspectives. Wouldn’t mind some guests that are a bit more contrarian to your point of views. There are three things to learn from every point of view, even if it’s not always positive. Love the show!

Quick listen with impactful takeaways
One of my favorite new podcasts for sure. Ric brings in awesome guests and truly has great conversations with them. It’s quick to listen to so great for going to work. At the end of each pod, Ric gives his three things to know and that is very helpful stuff. Best way to learn is thru shared experiences and I find myself learning a lot with this POD.

Ric Elias with Howard Schultz
This was very special. Schultz comes across as a man who has thought deeply about purpose and his obligations as a manager and a citizen. His portrayal of an extraordinary life story underscores his dee commitment to preserving and strengthening the American Dream. His comfort with Ric greatly enhanced the quality of their discussions, and this could have gone much longer!

Great Podcast
What an enjoyable podcast to listen to. The guests come from diverse backgrounds and there’s always something to take away from each conversation.

Access and insight without ego
Three great things about this series:
1) Ric has access to extraordinary people, and he brings us into the room with them to listen in on the conversation.
2) Ric asks good questions and gets out of the way.
A number of podcasts have access to extraordinary people, but hosts often muddy it up by feeling the need to show how smart and/or accomplished they are. Ric, a wildly accomplished person in his own right, has no ego in these interviews. Commander Hadfield was asked insightful questions, and Ric gave him the space to answer. Cannot stress how much this is appreciated in a podcast.
3) It's cross-categorical. Other podcasts I have learned a lot from are Invest Like the Best with Patrick O'Shaughnessy and The Drive with Peter Attia. Some of the best interviews or portions of interviews from those podcasts have nothing to do with investing or medicine. Ric built that into his series with a remarkable breadth of interviewees slated for the first season.
Bonus: high quality recording without being over-produced.

A truly fulfilling listen!
If you aren’t familiar with Ric’s story, where he came from, what he’s experienced and what he’s built...just take a listen to this podcast and take in someone who appreciates every waking moment. Ric is a visionary business leader who employees thousands around the world, yet his humility is what’s most impressive. Give this a listen and I’m sure you’ll find it as fulfilling as I do!

As someone who constantly refreshes his podcast feed in hopes of new content, add this one to the list.
It seems we are often in search of the inner workings of CEOs and business leaders. They are often on the other side of a podcast mic, how unique to have Ric Elias (CEO Red Ventures) asking the questions to innovators, athletes and thought leaders then giving the listener what he learned from the conversation.
What I took away from the podcast is learning is life long, even at the top. I will be refreshing in search of more!

For Anyone Who Is In Pursuit Of Self-Mastery
This podcast was shared to me via a very close friend. The nature behind our relationship allows for the two of us to push each other towards a better future for our personal & professional lives. This podcast served as a great tool in doing just that.
Ric is offering listeners with an opportunity to gain knowledge into many different perspective fields, and insights into not only how to better ourselves personally, and professionally, but how to better society and humanity as a whole by way of overwhelmingly inspiring guests and their extraordinary mindsets.
What this podcast offers is a certain breathing room for our souls. Highly recommended.

3 Things with Ric Elias (Chris Hadfield)
Ric had a comfortable rapport with his well-chosen first guest, retired Canadian astronaut and engineer Chris Hadfield. He asked Chris good questions and then listened, unlike some interviewers who miss the important follow-up. The question that surprised me was Ric's last one: What makes a good leader? Chris's asnwer was a bonus in an already interesting and satisfying podcast. I appreciated the reinforced learning with Ric's brief summary at the end--the three things he had learned.

3 Reasons Why I Will Listen Again
After Listening to the first episode:
This podcast stood out to me for 3 Reason and I hope at least 1 will encourage you to listen too.
1. They keep the production simple and clean. The message is clear and concise. You don’t have to shuffle through several minutes of ads to experience what it is you came for.
2. Ric describes himself as Lucky a lot. That stood out to me immediately. Why? I have a good friend who works on Wall Street. He has to evaluate and assess high level and very successful people daily. The one thing he told me he looks for in individuals that have had a lot of success is to see how they view their journey in climbing to the top. He stated when they attribute luck to their success you know you’re dealing with a man of quality character. Ric does just that from the start.
3. Access and exposure. As a parent I could give my kids all the money in the world. It would never amount to the value of providing access and exposure to extraordinary individuals who have become uncommon amongst the uncommon. “3 Things” seems like it will provide access and exposure to individuals that I may never of had the opportunity to learn from. And for that this podcast is priceless.
