Silencing the mind can be tricky especially in a noisy world but it can be done with a manageable effort of self-care and continuous practice. Meditation is great even listening to the soundtracks is great to silence the mind but doing this with positive affirmations is where the magic works. Words that are emotionalised with faith turn into your desire. It's just as true as emotionalising something negative too, which is why the practice is essential. Focus on the higher energy and do this daily you will most definitely see results. #ChangeYourRoutine
