Speaking from the heart, for all those who are dealing with alot of pressure right now, please take a moment to invest in your mental health. This is a hard time but we'll get through it and we'll come out on the other end with a healthier mindset and a stronger spirit. Create a routine, simple enough that works for you, something you can do in the morning, a mental exercise like learning a skill and/or a physical exercise.You dont have to run a marathon or lift 100kgs, start slow and steady. If you dont have time to do a full workout, start slow and do a 15min workout for the day, track it daily, keep yourself accountable then build up. This is why mental toughness is crucially important and something we must continue to adopt..Same with meditation, we all have 5-10 minutes to invest in ourselves. Give to yourself so you can truly serve your purpose to give to the world. 🌎 Stay blessed, focus only whats in your control and keep moving forward. #ChangeYourRoutine 🏆🙌🏾
