3 years ago, I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting and random workouts.
With the help of a lifestyle and fitness coach, I regained control of my health. I learned how to become a “Thinking Athlete”, and to understand to why behind my workouts and nutrition.
I have noticed a pattern of why most young professionals can’t lose weight or build muscle in a sustainable way, and I’ve distilled it down to three reasons.
