I unsubscribed from this a while back because Jim is a Jonah Goldberg fake conservative as well as a coward. He believes that that ICE agents killed the Good lady just for protesting. Jim is a coward who could never wear a military or enforcement uniform. He was good with Will Smith assaulting Chris Rock for saying something, but doesn't want ICE agents enforcing the law. Jim is one of those cowards who is so insecure that they lash out at people who do things he could never do. While Jim is a male, he's not a man.

Once a favorite podcast, discussions remain interesting but sadly the amount of content is now limited by endless commercial interruptions. Not worth putting up with strained segues and forced sales pitch dialogues.

I have listened to this podcast from nearly its inception. I am done. I understand the need for commercials but at least four commercials in 20 mins is ridiculous.

Was funner in the days before Trump.

After several years I quit the show after getting more than my fill of jimbo gareghty (I don’t care how he spells it). I don’t think he knows how annoying he is. He’s about a tenth as funny and clever as he thinks he is. Really self-centered and always plugs himself. Obnoxious is the word. Greg is very professional and I was always glad when Jim was on the road and somebody fills in.

The only thing that I can complain about this podcast is that we don’t get to actually drink martinis with Greg and Jim! I may not always agree with the analysis, but the arguments are laid out and the humor is what makes the podcast great. Not only do I agree with Greg that we need a moratorium on “ Let me be clear”, but I would also like to suggest a moratorium on “I was going to say “, because Jim ALWAYS says what he was going to say, lol!! Keep up the great work Greg and Jim!!

I listened for months and tried to keep an open mind knowing this was an old school GOP type podcast. But the statements made on 4/1/25 made me unfollow. By no means do i endorse the united CEO killing AT ALL. However the statements the podcast recited from the proposed law followed by their commentary showed me they have no idea what they are taking about. I have worked in healthcare as a sales rep for 10 years. The things i have seem and understand about it the system as a profit and money making entity are unimaginable to the public. This podcast is a disgrace and I’d advise them to think outside the media and do some real journalism.

I am a regular listener of NR podcasts and enjoy hearing Jim Geraghty’s witty but insightful commentary. Greg Coombes has a nice radio voice but comes across as goofy.

But Jim is holding this one star all on his own. I have subscribed for years, but have unsubscribed because Jim is such an arrogant jerk who doesn't know nearly as much as he thinks he does. Not sure how Jim got to where he is today. I thought this was a conservative podcast.

I absolutely love these guys, but these episodes just don’t last long enough, much like sex with my ex husband.

Presidents play golf on military bases, not their own golf courses. It’s a little easier to protect a military base. These guys are stupid or dishonest or lazy. I can’t decide which.

Love the obvious intellect and wit when their opinions on current events are ‘told you so’ and a BAD Martini. Their delight in one another’s humor and their GOOD Martinis are always ones that make you happy you listened. I await these episodes to drop and am always impressed with their take on things!! A MUST listen for anyone that wants to be informed!

Jim’s work on The Editors landed me here. He brings sincere and humorous commentary, as per usual. New to Greg. He’s a worthy a co host. He maintains the flow of the show and brings thought provoking takes as well. Give it a listen, and then…another one!

I am dropping your podcast. I am sick of media criticizing Trump for his “sins.” 1)Jesus died on the cross to cover everyone’s sins, not just yours. There is not a big or little sin. Sin is sin. 2) Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. 3) You are not the judge of who is saved or is or is not a Christian. 4) You apparently do support a president who professes to be a devout catholic, but uses curse words when speaking to Americans, says “palms” for Psalms (Hmmm, suppose he reads the Bible?) and supports full term abortion (murder) of babies. Don’t forget he hit on his daughter and 15-yr-old babysitter. He lies on a daily basis and has a reputation for plagiarism. Jim G., you’re way too windy, giving very drawn-out responses to questions. You must like to hear yourself talk. PS: Conservatives don’t think Federalism is anti-American.

Even if it were a “fig leaf,” shouldn’t it be passed if it helps?

Always enjoy common sense perspective from the hosts. The hosts are funny but precise with their take on current events.

I enjoy and love your podcast. You have a great way of breaking politics down and make you think. Dana Perino is my role model. I hope that you’ll have her back on again in the near future. I only wanted to correct one thing you left out about Dana’s career at Fox. Her first show was The Five but you left out that prior to joining America’s Newsroom Dana had her own show called The Daily Briefing that was successful as well. Her insight and intellect are second to none. I thought the three of you had a great flow and easiness about you. Thank you for such a great show that gives us a great handle and insight into contemporary politics. I like getting a better understanding of what’s happening and giving me things to think about and sometimes change my way of thinking about a certain subject. Keep up the great work you’re doing. I hope you’ll have Dana back more often.

I stopped drinking bod lite because of the arrogance of the ad executive who told me she didn’t want my business anymore. I considering stopping listening to the podcast because of the arrogance of someone who tells me the beer I liked and was the most popular brand of beer tastes like piss. KMA.

Maybe they have some good ideas somewhere, but most of the podcast is just sad criticism of minor items that just seems to miss the point. Easy to criticize, harder to build.

I’ve been listening to Jim and Greg for a close to two years now, and I’m ashamed that I’m just now reviewing Three Martini Lunch. This podcast is a great combination of humor and substance, and it’s the first podcast I listen to every day. I guess I could live without it, but I’d prefer not!

There are some people who just seem to work well together. Greg Colombos and Jim Gheraty are just good chemistry. Always entertaining, and mostly interesting!
