My favorite podcast
My absolutely favorite parenting podcast. I love Rachel’s style, the topics she discusses, the guests she invites, the entire concept of offering 3 takeaways is so accessible and approachable. Rachel’s an amazing advocate for women in motherhood. Just want to say a BIG big THANK YOU for your incredible work over the years. I’m so grateful I found your podcast (years ago). It’s just getting better and better. Thank you for your work, time, energy, curiosity, expertise, validation, compassion, vulnerability… the list can go on….Thank you for seeing moms and all your efforts to help moms feel more balanced and thrive in their daily beautiful chaos.
Please keep doing what you’re doing!

Truly helped me reshape my motherhood!
I have been listening to this podcast since I was a stay at home mom to a new baby. 7 years later and life looks very different, but this show has been a gift in each stage. I love how Rachel has older kids and so she can speak to the next phase of parenting. She does a great job of finding guests who appeal to many topics the women and mothers face. The show is so easy to listen to and digest. I have a running list on my phone of her three quick takeaways from many of my favorite episodes. It makes it so easy to come back and have a quick reminder! Thank you Rachel!

One of my favorite podcasts
I absolutely love the guests and the depths of conversation that get right to the heart of something, without a super lengthy podcast. Such great questions get asked and I always have a powerful takeaway

Uplifting resource
I’ve loved this podcast for a while! One that I share with my clients is the episode on glimmers. It really is life changing to change your focus to those special moments. Thank you so much!

Life changing approach
Our family has the hardest time planning out what to eat each week. We have two teens who have different tastes. My husband enjoys making full meals to feed our family but sometimes this can be so much work. I loved these ideas including “make your own dinner” and each of us can pick a night plan the meal. Easing that stress for my husband.

Best mom podcast
Probably my favorite mom podcast. It’s all in the title and her intro. It’s quick. It’s well laid out so you can actually learn something. Large range of topics to peak everyone’s interest and cover all aspects of life/motherhood. And always enjoyable to listen to.

Validating, Inspiring & Informative
I was listening to this podcast today, like many times over the last several years, and remarked on how I always feel MORE reassured as a mom after listening to it- I never walk away feeling down on myself. Because Rachel frankly has a way of educating mothers without stressing them out!! She strikes that balance of being honest about the hard parts of parenting without becoming cynical towards motherhood altogether. She leads with authenticity and vulnerability, but always laces her insights with encouragement and compassion. The approach she’s crafted in her podcast truly makes me wish we were friends IRL. Thank you!

I love Rachel and all the guests she has on her show! I thought because her kids are younger than mine that it might not apply to me, but Rachel had a way of making her takeaways applicable to moms of all stages! I love how encouraging her messages are and that it’s never too late to become a better mom and to love yourself where you are. So inspiring! So helpful! I’m so grateful for her and her work.

Exactly what Busy Moms Need
Episode 333, *How Can a Busy Mother Get Back to the Essentials*, was exactly what I needed to hear. As a mom, it's so easy to get caught up in the endless to-do lists and obligations, but Rachel’s advice in this episode helped me refocus on what truly matters. Her tips on prioritizing and simplifying were like a breath of fresh air, reminding me to let go of the non-essentials and focus on what brings real value to my life and my family. This episode is a must-listen for any mom feeling overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life.

The Best Mommy Podcast
She is validating, sincere and a pleasure to listen to. I’ve learned so much in each 30 minute segment. I’ve been listening for a few years, and since our kids are similar ages, I know I will be listening for many more. These podcasts have been a tremendous guide to my motherhood journey. Thank you, Rachel!

Too much sales
I used to love what she had to say.. but recently is more just “buy my course” “buy my journal”. I miss the actual podcasts.

Helpful but intros are always too long
I’ve only listened to 3 episodes and have enjoyed them all so far. My only criticism is that I’ve never listened to podcasts where the intro/promo is so long on every single episode. It’s especially annoying considering how short the shows are. Must you sell your services on every single episode?

I love this concept!
I love the idea of making a podcast quick and easy to listen to and learn from! I'm really enjoying this podcast! It’s pretty much the only one I listen to! Great ideas for moms and families covering a wide variety of topics! Rachel is wise and kind. Great interviewer!

Rachel (and the show) are seriously amazing.
I love Rachel’s take on podcasting. It’s so nice to have three actionable items in every episode that i can take and apply in my own life, coming from someone in a similar place as me who understands what I go through. I love this show, and love what I’ve learned from it. Rachel’s style makes me feel like I’m having a conversation with a friend at my house and she’s just the best.

Quick, to the point, and enlightening

Uplifting, inspiring, applicable, attainable!
I love this podcast so much! I originally learned about it at a “Favorite Things” party years ago. I have been hooked ever since and recommend it over and over. I don’t partake of a lot of “self-help” media. I was drawn in by some of the different holiday and/or tradition type episodes. Once I listened to a couple of those, I decided to go to the beginning and listen to them all! This podcast is so inspiring and the best part is that inspiration is attainable! I draw so much goodness from each episode that I wish I could expand my brain capacity in order to do ALL of it all at once. I used to save the episodes I really enjoyed and knew I wanted to go back to, but soon realized, I was saving more than I wasn’t. Even the episodes I don’t think are applicable to me or my phase of life STILL have something to take away. I am not a words person and I honestly can’t find the words to convey how much I truly love this podcast. Rachel is such a kind and genuine person. I’ve reached out to her a couple of times over the years and even as busy as she is, she has always responded! The first time I sent a message and she actually responded, I totally geeked out! I couldn’t believe it, haha! Love her! Love the podcast! So thankful I found it!!

The BEST motherhood podcast!!
This podcast is so relatable as a mom and it brings in so many topics mothers are faced with. The best part is the journal she shares- Flecks of Gold. It’s a simple reminder to capture those golden moments- record the moments and embrace motherhood. Thanks Rachel for giving great advice and encouragement. 🤍

Good break downs
Sometimes talking a problem out with friends is a great way to give you new ideas on parenting, and sometimes listening to a podcast of breakdowns is a good way to get new ideas in a new perspective. This is a good podcast for that.
